About the Workshop

Pregnancy is a profoundly emotional, life-changing experience for the woman as well as the couple. Women go through a gamut of emotions during these nine months. The experience can be an exciting, moving experience, and at the same time, it can be overwhelming. But every pregnancy deserves to be led Peacefully, Harmoniously, and Joyfully.

Experiencing a Joyful Pregnancy is when a woman can navigate through all the emotions that come with the nine months of pregnancy healthily and live each moment to the fullest. The more emotionally balanced a woman is with herself and her surroundings, the more joy, peace, and harmony she will experience during her pregnancy.

With this philosophy, I have designed a Program called ‘Emotional Harmony for Joyful Pregnancy’ for expecting women & couples.
Through this Program, Expectant women and couples can cultivate emotional composure and mental clarity, which enables them to navigate the sensitive and essential nine-month period with tranquillity and happiness.
